Sirens are for emergencies only, not for joking around like BIRTHDAY PARTIES and CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS – people are sleeping and resting and need to relax at their home, if they are trying to rest at home and all of a sudden, start hearing sirens for little children’s birthdays or kids’ Christmas Day parties, those residents aren’t happy with that SIREN NOISE!
